Email Practices

PulseNodex is currently pre-launch. There is no active customer mailing list and this informational website does not provide public account registration. The controls below describe the requirements planned before production email sending begins.

Transactional email only

PulseNodex plans to send account verification, password reset, security notices, confirmed incident alerts, recovery notifications, and optional uptime reports. The service is not intended for purchased lists, cold outreach, or unsolicited bulk marketing.

How affirmative consent will work

  1. A user creates an account using an email address they control.
  2. The address must be verified before monitoring notifications are enabled.
  3. The user adds a website or API endpoint they own or are authorized to monitor.
  4. Monitoring alerts are sent only to the verified account owner. A future workspace member must accept an invitation before receiving alerts.
  5. Optional uptime reports require a separate notification-preference selection.

How recipients will stop email

Registered users will be able to disable notifications for an individual monitor, remove an email recipient, or close their account from notification settings. Optional reports will also include a one-click unsubscribe link. Account verification and password-reset messages will be sent only after a user initiates the related action.

Current pre-launch status

No production monitoring emails will be sent until account verification, recipient controls, and notification preferences are implemented. Early-access inquiries are handled as individual email conversations and are not automatically added to a marketing list.
