The website describes a planned website and API monitoring product. Product descriptions, interfaces, and availability may change during development and are not a promise that any specific feature is currently operational.

Early-access inquiries

Contacting PulseNodex does not create a customer relationship, service-level agreement, or guarantee of access. Any future testing arrangement will be governed by separate terms provided before access begins.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Intellectual property

The PulseNodex name, original website copy, design, and project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

This informational website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PulseNodex will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on this informational website.
